We suggest installing with silicone so they stay smooth and allow the body to flex behind it. You only need to remove your hood, wiper motor, wire gutter and any accessories you've attached to the firewall & it will just slide into place. No need to remove the engine or even the distributor. Can be easily drilled for A/C fittings or wiring.
