We ship daily here at TurboNasty.com. Everything ships the same day unless it’s not an item that we have in stock.

Damage Claims

Please inspect the merchandise in the presence of the carrier at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the delivering service (FedEx Ground, etc.) to deliver the merchandise in good condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a package that has been opened or damaged, it is imperative that the driver documents it on their delivery sheet. You must report any and all damaged goods in shipments within 3 days of delivery. TurboNasty cannot be responsible for damaged or missing parts without documentation on the delivery sheet and without contacting the delivering company personally. Please promptly phone our order desk so we may assist you.

Returns:

In order to return a product you must email ahead to receive a Return Authorization Number. If the reason for the return is any fault of TurboNasty, we will give a full refund. However if the reason for the return is on the purchasers, we exercise the right for a 30% restocking fee and shipping fee is non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the original date of shipment and after 60 days we will only exchange items that are covered under warranty.

Installed Product cannot be returned.

Polishing Services such as radiator and shroud polishing is a nonrefundable service fee.

Custom radiators cannot be returned.

Custom radiators cannot be cancelled once started.

Polished radiators or Fan Shrouds cannot be returned. (NON-refundable)

Roll Cages are non-refundable

Cancelation

Turbo Nasty Reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Please make sure you receive an order cancelation, if cancellation is requested.
