Complete Hurricane A/C, Heat & Defrost System for 1957 Chevrolet Cars with Radiator in 6 and 8 Cylinder Position, Electric Operated

Complete Hurricane A/C, Heat & Defrost System for 1957 Chevrolet Cars with radiator in 6 or 8 cylinder position. Hurricane unit mounts to the firewall using existing holes in the firewall. Custom switching package integrates with the original deluxe lever style heater control. Features custom corner louvers and dual underdash center louver. Includes custom condenser assembly with mounting brackets and aluminum tubes with bulkhead fittings to pass neatly through core support.

Compressor is a 508 style or equivalent with optional upgrades available for polished or chrome finish. Compressor mounting brackets available for most popular engines.* Binary Pressure safety switch is included to protect system from excessive high or low system pressures. Upgrade available for trinary pressure safety switch for vehicles with electric fans.
